Job Description: 
We are looking for Indian Female Office Admin Staff must be available in Bahrain 
Job Details: 
• Calendar management, setting appointments. 
• Human Resources Manager handbook 
• Microsoft knowledge 
• Appropriately handle incoming and outgoing calls with messages as needed. 
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages. 
• Experts on handling staffs at a given results basis. 
• Government admin knowledge for expats & local hiring. 
• Must know LMRA System (Visa application online, Cancelation & etc.) 
• Labor laws knowledge 
• Embassy awareness 
• Hiring & Evaluating of staffs related issues 
• Can provide proper accounting reports as required by the management. 
• Accurate Daily & monthly reports to be done. 
– Balance sheet 
– Sales updates 
– Operation Expenses/Others 
– Inventory checking 
– Accounts receivables 

Job Requirements: 
• Good communication skills. 
• English, Hindi and Others. 
• Must have MS office product experience. 
• Must have exceptional knowledge and work experienced in Contracting Companies or Construction or factories. 
• Degree holder
